Features
The machine has such features as:computer controlled,imported two servo motor for traction the material, unwinding material in constant tension,photoelectrical correct the error,when the sign is loose or there is no material the machine will stop automatically,etc and stop in high position.
1.Main control:adopt PLC control,LCD display,servo motor fix the bag length.With functions:auto counting, alarm and auto stop when reach the set bag number,stop in high position,etc.No material will auto stop.
2.Infeed part:adopt active following type,control the up and down layer material feed respectively,the speed be controlled by the vector frequency inverter.
3.Material combine:electric heating rolling jumbo roll compound paper with PE bubble film strong and smooth in full surface.
4.Equipped with pneumatic slitting blade:can make two small bags at one time.(when each one sealing width <350mm)
5.inductive conveyer belt:2meters long move slowly,when reach setting batch no will move faster so there is a gap easy for pack
6.hole puncher:you can choose the hole diameter and shape
7.Additional Hot Melt Glue Line for making Glue Line Tape(2 Heads for making 2 at a time)

Applications
This machine used to make the mail bag from kraft paper and poly bubble lining.It combine coated kraft paper together with that PE bubble film by the heating jumbo roll.Be formed under the first press of the horizontal heat-seal bar,then after a second press of the cooling bar will be more even and firm,at last be cut at the fixed length to be the finished mail bag.

A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.
And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
